Gardens, Statues and Fountains

—a  twilight time Tour for Children and Adults

The sun begins to set and the air cools off as we set out on a tour among the special gardens along King David Street.

We will enter Liberty Bell Park to seek the bell which doesn’t ring, and Gerry the Dragon. We’ll continue to David’s Crown Park, with its colorful mosaics. Then we’ll continue to Bloomfield Park with its grasses and fountains. We’ll stop for a look out toward the walls and towers of the Old City, and from there we’ll continue past the windmill to the lions’ fountains. On the way we’ll meet a giant toad, a sparkling lion and other surprises.

It is advised to come equipped with a flashlights and comfortable walking shoes.

*It is recommended to bring a change of clothing for the children, in case they wish to jump into the fountains!

Time: Tuesdays, at 5 p.m. Meeting place: Liberty Bell Park. The tour lasts about two hours.

Cost: 60 shekels for children (aged 5-18) and 70 shekels for adults.

This tour is by reservation only, depending on a minimum number of participants. It’s possible to arrange additional times for groups or families.
